Agrovet Chem is a legally registered supplier of chemical raw materials in Bangladesh.
We operate under strict compliance with all Government Rules, Regulations, and Tax Laws.
We supply only to Government Licensed and Registered Companies. No sales are made to unregistered or unauthorized individuals or entities.
All purchases must be made exclusively through bank transactions (Account Transfer / Pay Order).
Cash transactions, mobile banking (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket), or unofficial payments are strictly prohibited.
Upon receiving payment, Agrovet Chem will issue a Mushak Challan (VAT Invoice) as per National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations.
Orders will be confirmed only after full payment is received in the official bank account.
Delivery timelines depend on product availability, logistics, and government regulations.
Agrovet Chem reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if the buyer fails to provide valid trade license, BIN, or other required documents.
All applicable VAT, AIT, and government taxes will be charged as per law.
Agrovet Chem will provide legal Mushak-6.3 Challan / VAT Invoice for every transaction.
Buyers are responsible for complying with their own tax and reporting obligations.
Clients are strictly prohibited from:
Reselling our products to unauthorized or illegal entities.
Misusing chemical raw materials for unlawful or hazardous purposes.
Requesting undocumented or off-record transactions.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of business relationship and legal action under the laws of Bangladesh.
Agrovet Chem ensures that all products supplied are of industry standard and compliant with safety regulations.
The company is not responsible for misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized applications of purchased chemicals.
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased materials are used in compliance with Bangladesh Government Regulations.
Agrovet Chem reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Services at any time without prior notice. Continued business engagement after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Services shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
